Reclaiming more than 5 thousand hectares of Dong Nai Rubber Company

According to the above decision, the Provincial People's Committee reclaimed more than 5,000 hectares of land from Dong Nai Rubber Company in Binh An Commune (Long Thanh District), Xuan Que Commune and Song Nhan Commune (Cam My District). The reason for land reclamation is according to Article 181 of the 2024 Land Law (Article 181 stipulates land managed and used by agricultural and forestry companies).

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to publicize the land recovery decision; directed the Land Registration Office of Dong Nai province to update and correct cadastral records and land databases. The People's Committees of the communes: Binh An, Xuan Que, Song Nhan are responsible for delivering this decision to Dong Nai Rubber Company; in case the company does not receive the decision or is absent, a record must be made and the decision must be posted at the headquarters of the Commune People's Committee and at the common living places of the commune's residential communities.

On the same day, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to hand over the above-mentioned recovered land area to the People's Committees of Cam My district and Long Thanh district to manage and develop a plan for use.

According to the land use plan in Dong Nai Province Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Government, this recovered land area is located in the planning area of ​​Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park.
