On November 6, information from Market Management Team No. 1, Hai Duong Province Market Management Department said that this unit is temporarily holding a large quantity of used clothing from a business establishment, but without invoices, vouchers and related papers.
Specifically, through monitoring sales activities via social networks Facebook, Zalo and grasping the business situation in the area, on November 3, Market Management Team No. 1, Market Management Department of Hai Duong province coordinated with Team 1 of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police to conduct a surprise inspection of a ready-made clothing business owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang (address in Tang Thuong village, Lien Hong commune, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province).

The inspection team discovered that at this business establishment there were 25,200 kg of used ready-made clothes of various types, packed in 450 packages, each package and each product had no information, documents, or papers to determine the origin of the goods; there were no purchase and sale documents, legal invoices, and vouchers attached.
Authorities took the goods of unknown origin to temporary detention.

At the time of inspection, the above business establishment was operating as a business household but had not registered as a business household as prescribed. The owner of the establishment could not present invoices or documents proving the legality of the goods. After purchasing, the owner posted them on his personal Facebook and Zalo pages to introduce and sell them to customers for the purpose of making a profit.
All exhibits have been counted, classified, and temporarily detained by the authorities for further verification, clarification, and handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
