Job description: 1. Strategic management & Sales and Marketing planning - Participate in the development and implementation of VIMC's overall marketing and sales strategy, aiming to develop the international market and increase revenue from corporate customers. - Research, analyze the market and propose strategies to enhance VIMC's brand and position. - Conduct data analysis and report the results of periodic marketing activities. - Develop improvement plans based on analysis and results obtained. - Develop and manage relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders: Develop development strategies and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders; Promote market development activities, search for domestic and foreign customers and partners, serving the development purposes of VIMC; Participate in negotiating and signing cooperation agreements, ensuring benefits and competitive advantages for VIMC; Implement customer outreach campaigns, trade promotion and contract signing; Record customer feedback to improve service quality. - Support and Manage Member Enterprises: Guide and supervise member enterprises in implementing overall sales and marketing strategies, in line with VIMC's orientation; Advise and support member enterprises in developing marketing plans, attracting cooperation, organizing promotional programs and market development; Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities of member enterprises to propose and implement improvement measures. - Manage and train the implementation team: Manage and develop the Marketing team in terms of both quality and quantity; Coordinate with other departments to effectively implement marketing activities; Periodically and suddenly report on the results of marketing activities to the Head of Market Development Department and the Board of Directors of the Corporation. II. Job requirements 1 Qualifications and Experience University degree or higher, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. At least 5-7 years of experience in the marketing field, including 2-3 years in a middle management position. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the maritime, logistics or related industries. 2 Professional expertise - Have knowledge and experience in Marketing, in-depth understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tools. Understanding of foreign affairs and corporate diplomacy. - Master the processes of building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and managing corporate customer relationships. Deep understanding of international market trends, especially in the maritime, logistics, and global trade industries. - Strategy building skills: Ability to build and implement foreign affairs strategies in line with VIMC's business and brand goals. - Be sensitive in identifying new cooperation opportunities and developing international marketing plans. – B2B Marketing & Sales Skills: Understanding international marketing strategies and B2B business models; Experience in building and implementing campaigns to approach domestic and foreign business customers; Ability to analyze the market, business data to propose overall strategies and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. 3 Skills – Experience in coordinating domestic and foreign cooperation projects, working with multicultural partners, and team management. – Outstanding communication, negotiation and bargaining skills. – Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. – Good organizational, planning and time management skills, ensuring the quality and progress of large projects. – Proactive, flexible working spirit, able to withstand high pressure in an international business environment. – Ability to work in a team and coordinate well with other departments in VIMC and member enterprises. – Good analytical, planning and project management skills. – Good communication and persuasion skills – Proficient in digital marketing tools and data analysis software.
