Announcement of the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work

On the afternoon of March 26, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police organized an announcement of the Minister of Public Security's Decision on personnel work.

Comrade Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and provincial leaders presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh.

At the announcement, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the representative of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department announced Decision No. 1567/QD-BCA dated March 22, 2024 of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department to take up work and hold the position of Director of Nam Dinh Provincial Police Department from April 1, 2024.

Speaking at the announcement, Major General Tran Phu Ha, Director of the Provincial Police congratulated Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh for being trusted by the Ministry of Public Security and the Minister of Public Security to be transferred and appointed as Director of the Nam Dinh Provincial Police. Appreciating the results and contributions of Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh in the past time, the Director of the Provincial Police affirmed that during his time working in the province, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh has continuously studied, trained, promoted the sense of responsibility, and internal solidarity to consolidate and build a clean Thanh Hoa Police force in all aspects; together with the collective Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, united and unified in leadership and direction to excellently complete all assigned tasks. Building good relationships with branches and units in coordination work, contributing to the implementation of the common tasks of the whole province.

In the coming time, the Director of the Provincial Police hopes that Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh in his new position will try to fulfill his assigned tasks well; at the same time, always give affection to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police; create a connection between Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and Nam Dinh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the announcement, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh thanked the attention, leadership, and direct, comprehensive direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security; of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province; and the close coordination of departments, branches, sectors, organizations, and localities in the province over the past time. He affirmed that his time working in the province has given him a lot of experience and that is an opportunity for him to continue to strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks in his new work unit.
