Announcement of the results of the 25th Session of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission

The 25th session of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the results of supervision of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Ha District; the Party Committee, the Secretary of the Party Committee - Director of the Provincial Social Insurance and the Head of the Organization Board of the Hong Linh Town Party Committee.

On November 3, the 19th Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held its 25th meeting. Comrade Ha Van Trong - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PC) chaired the meeting.

Also attending the meeting were Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Vo Hong Hai and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

At this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the results of supervision of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Ha district (from the beginning of the 2020-2025 term to June 2023).

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: During the monitoring period, the Standing Committee of Thach Ha District Party Committee and the individuals being monitored paid attention to leading and directing the State management of land; implementing many solutions to rectify and overcome outstanding problems in land management and use in the area.

However, leadership and direction have not been really drastic, there are still some shortcomings and limitations in various fields; the implementation of some inspection and examination conclusions of competent authorities is slow and not thorough; the consideration and handling of responsibilities of individuals according to recommendations is not timely.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and relevant collectives and individuals to organize a review to clarify responsibilities for the limitations and shortcomings pointed out, promptly develop a plan to overcome them, and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

The meeting also reviewed the results of supervision of the Party Committee and the Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Social Insurance and a number of related collectives and individuals (from 2021 to June 2023).

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: In addition to the basic results and advantages, the Provincial Social Insurance Party Committee and the supervised organizations and individuals still have some limitations and shortcomings in developing and organizing the implementation of working regulations, declaring assets and income. In leading, directing and organizing the implementation of legal regulations on implementing health insurance medical examination and treatment contracts and assessing health insurance medical examination and treatment costs, there are still some incomplete and inconsistent contents.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests the Party Committee and the Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Social Insurance to promote strengths, promptly lead, direct, organize reviews, draw lessons, overcome limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out, and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Comrade Ha Van Trong chaired the conclusion of the meeting.

Also in the meeting agenda, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and disciplined comrade Le Van Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Hong Linh Town Party Committee.

As a party member holding a leadership and management position, comrade Le Van Binh lacked exemplary conduct and violated regulations on population policy and family planning in the case of having a third child. Comrade Le Van Binh's violations have negatively affected the reputation of the party organization and himself.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline comrade Le Van Binh with a reprimand.

Also at this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission discussed and agreed on a number of other important contents under its authority.
