Viettel 5G equipment distributed in 9 Middle Eastern countries

On May 9, Viettel High Technology Industry Corporation (VHT) and High Cloud Technologies (UAE) signed an agreement to distribute 5th generation telecommunications network infrastructure products in the Middle East. According to the signed agreement, High Cloud Technologies (HCT) will be the distributor, integrator, and trader of Viettel's telecommunications products in 9 markets including: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan. Viettel High Technology Industry Corporation, with its strengths in research and production, will work with HCT to identify business opportunities and develop highly customizable products to meet the requirements of potential customers. High Cloud Technologies, headquartered in Dubai, is a pioneer in providing comprehensive telecommunications solutions in the Middle East - one of the most dynamic regions in the world, focusing on the 5G network generation. Identifying this as a highly competitive area with a widespread presence of all traditional Telco Vendors, HCT is still confident in affirming that it will bring VHT's 5G products to the networks of major carriers in the region as well as units that need to apply 5G private networks to solve specific problems. At the signing ceremony within the framework of the DSA & NATSEC 2024 exhibition, Mr. Salah Ali, CEO of High Cloud Technologies, emphasized that the company has had a long process of researching Viettel's products and has been strongly influenced by the openness, flexible customization of the products and the capacity and working style of the staff. "This advantage helps your products to quickly meet market requirements when put into practice. We believe that with HCT's experience, the 5G product ecosystem will help both sides expand their market share in the Middle East region, including the UAE, KSA and countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC", said CEO Salah Ali. VHT General Director Nguyen Vu Ha shared: "Viettel has completed the research and production process of the entire 4G and 5G telecommunications network technology system. In other words, the most modern telecommunications network today can be built entirely with hardware and software equipment researched and produced by Viettel. Therefore, it can be said with certainty that we will effectively support HCT's market share expansion process in the Middle East". Also at DSA & NATSEC 2024, VHT and United Telecoms Limited (UTL Group) signed a Commercial Contract to provide Private 5G Systems in the Indian market. This is Viettel's second contract in India, affirming Viettel's competitiveness in high-tech products not only in Vietnam and other countries where Viettel invests internationally, but also in the Indian market, which is a large market with the highest level of competition in the world.
