Provincial Inspectorate trains in citizen reception and petition handling

The Provincial Inspectorate in coordination with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee provided guidance on skills and expertise in citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections; and guidance on resolving complaints and denunciations.

Communicate basic content on the organization of citizen reception at the provincial and district citizen reception offices and some experiences in organizing periodic citizen reception by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the District, Town and City People's Committee; some content on handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; the process of handling complaints and denunciations and some experiences in advising on resolving mass and complicated complaints and denunciations.

The conference focused on the key contents of the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations and documents guiding their implementation, procedures for receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints, and resolving denunciations issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on September 5, 2023; providing guidance, exchanging professional skills, and sharing experiences to help inspectors, cadres, and civil servants in the province fully grasp the provisions of the law to apply in the activities of receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints, and denunciations...
