Surprise inspection of investment project of Vietnam Natural Cosmetics Production Company Limited

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien - Chief Inspector of the province said that this inspection was carried out in accordance with the direction of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province in Official Dispatch No. 3160, dated May 6, 2024, with the aim of helping the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee grasp the implementation of legal regulations in the process of implementing investment procedures for the Essential Oil and Herbal Medicine Factory Project of Vietnam Natural Cosmetics Production Company Limited at Thanh Ha Industrial Park.

Review land management and use, implementation of financial obligations on land; investment and construction progress of projects approved by competent authorities of project investors and relevant agencies and units during project implementation.

Thereby, identifying limitations, difficulties, causes and responsibilities of state management agencies and investors in the process of project implementation and investment.

Mr. Tien said that during the inspection process, if any incorrect or objective issues are discovered, the unit will be guided to comply with regulations; if any violations are discovered, the competent authorities will be requested to handle them in accordance with the law.
