Thanh Lam, My Linh and Vietnamese stars perform in New Year's Eve program

The program Tet means hope 2024 brings spring meetings held in 3 regions of the country and abroad; along with a series of art performances elaborately staged with new ideas.

The program spreads the message about the creativity of Vietnamese people, thereby raising hope for a breakthrough for the country in the Year of the Dragon and the following years.

Broadcasting the program at the sacred New Year's Eve moment, the connection between the past and the future with faith and hope - the Tet means hope 2024 crew chose a creative theme, honoring the creative imprints of individuals and communities.

Journalist Ta Bich Loan and oil and gas engineers at the MSP-1 rig, Bach Ho field, where the first commercial ton of crude oil was exploited in the year of Mau Thin 1988.

The highlight of the program is the spring meeting taking place before New Year's Eve. Journalist Ta Bich Loan, Editor Tran Long and Editor Thuy Hang will take the audience to 3 regions of the country, feel the Tet atmosphere and talk to influential individuals in society, sharing with them different perspectives on innovation and creativity.

Interspersed between the reports and meetings are a series of art performances staged in many settings: Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Hanoi), Hoi An ancient town (Quang Nam), on the historic Saigon River and S16 studio, Vietnam Television.

Music is also a highlight expected in Tet means hope 2024. The program selects songs familiar to audiences of many generations, evoking beautiful memories staged in a new spirit, new colors, combined with the use of technology and stage effects to bring many interesting experiences to television audiences.

Many leading artists participated in the program such as: Thu Phuong, Thanh Lam, My Linh, Tung Duong, Phuong Thanh, Doan Trang, Trong Tan, Phuong Linh, Vu Thang Loi, Khanh Linh, Lan Nha, Dong Hung, Hong Duyen, Ngu Cung, OPlus, Tam ca ao trang, Dzung...

My Linh and Lan Nha will bring the opening performance to the program.

Notably, My Linh and Lan Nha will bring the opening performance with a completely new arrangement of the song Spring Love Song - composed by Tran Hoan. For My Linh, this song has been with her since childhood during Tet and she grew up with this song.

As for Lan Nha, this is the first time he has performed this song with a version that seems to be specially made for him, especially singing with My Linh on New Year's Eve, with a symphony orchestra, bringing him memorable sacred emotions.
