Reporting on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress from the beginning of the term until now, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung affirmed: Although implementing the resolution in a difficult context, with the attention, timely leadership and direction of the Central Government, promoting the will of self-reliance, self-reliance, aspirations, cultural values ​​and human strength of Ha Tinh, the province has quite effectively implemented the "dual goal".

Ha Tinh has overcome difficulties, safely and flexibly adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic, and gradually restored the economy and regained growth momentum; culture and society have achieved comprehensive results, national defense and security have been maintained; foreign affairs have been strengthened; Party building and organizations in the political system have achieved positive results.

The work of developing party members and improving the quality of party cell activities has been implemented with many synchronous solutions. Since the beginning of the term, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee have issued 15 resolutions in various fields; the Provincial People's Council has issued 164 resolutions; the Provincial People's Committee has concretized them into mechanisms, policies, projects, programs and plans with 266 tasks and allocated resources for implementation.

Up to now, the socio-economic situation has gradually recovered and regained growth momentum. In general, the average GRDP growth in the period of 2021-2023 is about 5.65%. The total budget revenue in the area in the period of 2021-2023 is estimated at 53,906 billion VND. Investment attraction has improved a lot, with investment policies approved for 82 domestic projects with a total registered capital of nearly 17 trillion VND and 4 foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly 2.5 billion USD. 2/10 criteria for a new rural province have been completed.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Thi Ha Tan proposed solutions related to political and ideological work.

The cultural and social fields have achieved outstanding results, and social security activities have created a wide spread. The province has mobilized nearly 400 billion VND from social capital to build 58 community cultural houses combined with storm and flood shelters and nearly 5,000 solid houses for people with meritorious services, poor households, and households affected by natural disasters; established a fund to support students in difficult circumstances to enter university, currently supporting 220 students... By the end of 2022, the poverty rate will be 3.79% according to the new multidimensional standard.

At the conference, delegates focused on analyzing the achieved results, pointing out a number of shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of targets and tasks from the beginning of the term up to now; at the same time, proposing many solutions to continue to achieve and exceed the targets set by the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
