Arsenal beat Tottenham to reduce gap with Liverpool

Arsenal met Tottenham at the Emirates Stadium (London) on the morning of January 16 with the pressure to win. Despite conceding the first goal, the home team still completed the task of winning 3 points. All the goals of the match were scored in the first half.

Arsenal dominated the first half of the match with 64% possession. However, coach Mikel Arteta's team did not create many dangerous opportunities.

It was Tottenham who opened the scoring. In the 25th minute, Son Heung-min kicked the ball and it hit the Arsenal defender's leg into the net.
