This afternoon, January 24, the Provincial Social Insurance (PSI) coordinated with the Provincial General Hospital and Dong Ha City Medical Center to visit and give gifts to 15 health insurance patients in difficult circumstances.

Specifically, 10 gifts were given to inpatients at the Provincial General Hospital, each worth 500,000 VND; 5 gifts were given to inpatients at the Dong Ha City Medical Center, each worth 300,000 VND. The implementation cost was mobilized by Vietnam Social Security; contributions from civil servants, public employees, workers and from the provincial Social Security's welfare fund.
At the places he visited and gave gifts, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance Phan Nhat Thanh kindly asked about the health situation, shared and encouraged patients and their families to try to overcome the pain of illness and family circumstances to receive treatment and recover their health soon.

It is known that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, the provincial Social Insurance plans to give 55 gifts to patients in difficult circumstances in the province with a total value of 18.5 million VND. This is an activity of the provincial Social Insurance in response to the program "Giving social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances in 2023" and bringing a warm Tet to the poor - Spring Giap Thin 2024 launched by Vietnam Social Insurance.
Through the program, we aim to spread the spirit of humanity, charity and sharing of social insurance and health insurance policies widely in the community.
