On the afternoon of June 23, under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai, military forces, police and border guards held a conference to implement Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP, dated September 5, 2019 of the Government for the first 6 months of 2023.

In the first 6 months of the year, the 3 forces: police, military and border guards of Ha Tinh province have seriously and effectively implemented Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government. Timely advising on handling complicated situations regarding security and social order and safety, avoiding being passive and surprised; absolutely ensuring security and safety of important events of the country and locality.

Colonel Hoang Anh Tu - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command reported on the results of coordination between military agencies, police and border guards in the first 6 months of 2023.

The forces regularly coordinate and exchange information related to internal security, economic security, religious security, social security, especially complicated cases related to disputes, complaints, and illegal construction.

Colonel Bui Hong Thanh - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command: The Provincial Border Guard Command continues to advise and request superior agencies to study and supplement and strengthen the staff as well as weapons and equipment.

Coordinate the organization of military handover in 2023 for 1,446 new military and police recruits in accordance with regulations; organize the reception and solemn burial of 10 remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos. Effectively and qualitatively deploy the contents serving the provincial defense area exercise in 2023.

Coordinate and advise on completing all preparations to meet the task of the 2023 provincial KVPT exercise with quality and effectiveness.
