The delegation visited and presented gifts to the following families: Ms. Tran Thi Huong (Dong Thon village, Yen Duong commune) who has a mental and neurological disability and is a poor household with housing difficulties; Mr. Dinh Van Ung and Ms. Luu Thi Quyen (Trung Tam village, Yen Duong commune) who have severe motor disabilities; Hoang Mau Vinh (Thanh Xa 3 village, Ha Linh town), who has a particularly severe motor disability.

At the families visited, the members of the delegation asked about the health and living conditions of the disabled and shared the difficulties that the families encountered. At the same time, they hoped that the disabled would always strive to overcome their own difficulties, and together with their families, implement the Party's policies, the State's laws, as well as local campaigns and emulation movements.
