In 2024, THACO AUTO continued to be recognized by Kia Group as “Excellent Sales Unit with the Highest Customer Satisfaction Index”, ranking first globally among 33 countries participating in the “2024 Sales Customer Satisfaction (KSCS)” survey. This is the third consecutive year that THACO AUTO has been honored in this category, affirming the quality of service and dedication that the Group brings to customers.
Sales Customer Satisfaction (KSCS) is a program that surveys customer satisfaction in the process of purchasing Kia cars compared to other car brands in the same market. The program has been held annually in international markets since 2004 through a third-party partner selected by Kia Global. Thereby, helping Kia dealers around the world evaluate their strengths and weaknesses to improve the quality of sales services, maintain satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
Sharing about the award, Mr. Nguyen Le Hoa, Kia brand representative in Vietnam said: “We are honored to receive the KSCS Excellence Award 2024 from Kia Global. This is also a testament to THACO AUTO's commitment to the dedication, professionalism and continuous efforts of the sales team and dealers in improving the customer experience at retail systems”.
In line with Kia's global strategy, since 2021, THACO AUTO has also expanded and comprehensively upgraded the THACO KIA factory, with a capacity of 70,000 vehicles/year, applying the latest technology towards automation and digital management; providing products with quality equivalent to Kia vehicles manufactured in Korea and exporting to ASEAN countries such as Thailand and Myanmar.
In addition, THACO AUTO also changes according to Kia's new global identity at all showroom/dealer systems, bringing new generation products with high quality. In addition, the Group also improves the capacity of its human resources with the spirit of "Dedicated service" to meet the trust of Vietnamese customers. At the same time, it affirms THACO AUTO's capacity and determination in implementing the business philosophy of "Bringing practical value to customers".
With the spirit of “Dedicated service”, THACO AUTO always listens to customers’ opinions to improve business activities and processes; invests and expands the showroom/dealer system nationwide with Kia’s global recognition standards. Thereby, customers can conveniently visit and experience Kia brand products.
In 2022, Kia Vietnam marked its success with sales reaching 60,729 vehicles, an increase of 15,197 vehicles (33%) compared to 2021. Along with that growth, Kia Group highly appreciated THACO AUTO's efforts in improving satisfaction for Vietnamese customers, from the car buying process to after-sales activities. Moreover, THACO AUTO was honored with the category "Best Distributor Improvement Award in KSCS". Following that success, in 2023, surpassing all distributors in the Asia-Pacific region, THACO AUTO continued to receive the award "Best Distributor in the region in KSCS". |
