In order to create favorable conditions for the solemn and safe organization of Ramuwan Festival 2025 in compliance with the provisions of law; The Provincial People's Committee requests the leaders of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities, according to their functions and tasks, to preside over and coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the same level to guide, assist and create favorable conditions for the Bani Muslim Council of Imams, the Representative Board of the Muslim Community (Islam), in charge of Bani Muslim mosques (pagodas), mosques (Islam), dignitaries, officials and followers to organize Ramuwan Festival 2025 in a joyful, safe and healthy manner and perform rituals in the purely religious fasting month in accordance with the provisions of law; organize visits and congratulate Ramuwan Festival to typical organizations, dignitaries, officials and followers in the locality to ensure practicality, effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall coordinate with localities to organize traditional sports, cultural and artistic activities of the Cham people associated with the Ramưwan Festival. The provincial police shall implement measures to ensure security and order during the Ramưwan Festival and during the fasting month. The Department of Information and Communications, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station, and Ninh Thuan Newspaper shall carry out information and propaganda work on the Ramưwan Festival; report on good people, good deeds, typical examples of local dignitaries, officials and followers...
