During the day, Worldsoft representatives conducted training and application training on the Farmer Network platform for farmers, cooperatives, and connected with businesses operating in the agricultural sector. The training objective is to help users easily access the Farmer Network platform without any usage fees, support agricultural businesses in deploying the Farmer Network for raw material areas, and a network of partners in purchasing, processing, and distributing products. At the same time, continue to develop and upgrade the Farmer Network platform, enriching the agricultural data and documentation warehouse.
The Farmer Network platform was first launched by the Center for Digital Transformation and Agricultural Statistics (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper and Worldsoft on October 21, 2023 in Can Tho city.
The application of the Farmer Network platform contributes to the national digital transformation program as well as promotes digital transformation in the agricultural sector. At the same time, it supports farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural enterprises with tools to manage crops, improve productivity, quality of agricultural products, and enhance management efficiency.
This ecosystem will help connect industry players, thereby reducing production costs and increasing the price of agricultural products when they reach consumers through e-commerce platforms. This is also a tool for developing the agricultural sector in the 4.0 era.

The Farmer Network is a digital environment and integrates many system tools to help cooperatives, farmers, farms, and businesses in the agricultural sector manage effectively, grasp scientific knowledge promptly, optimize input materials, and create conditions for access to credit capital.
In particular, it helps farmers to be proactive in buying and selling, planning production and monitoring financial plans. Current applications on the market mainly focus on solving one step, one stage or one problem of farmers. With the Farmer Network platform, we aim to create a space for sharing and connecting farmers and experts, planning productivity forecasts, and accessing capital effectively.
The Farmer Network platform has all the features of a “social network”, integrating planning tools such as: Forecasting output/services, work diary, connecting credit institutions, forecasting selling price/profit margin, forecasting all input costs. This is also an agricultural product distribution channel that is suitable for consumer trends, easily connecting with IoT smart agricultural devices.
