The training conference aims to guide, discuss and answer questions about contents related to the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Dien Bien province, term 2024 - 2029, focusing mainly on the district and commune levels in the province; foster knowledge for district and commune level Front officials in the province on the requirements and tasks for preparation and implementation before, during and after the congress.
