Professional training for market management force of 5 provinces

On the morning of May 17, at the Market Management Department of Thanh Hoa province, the Ministry of Industry and Trade chaired and coordinated with relevant units to organize a professional training conference for forces, especially inspection forces and market management forces.

Attending the training conference were Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Le Viet Long, representatives of leaders and Inspection - Legal and Professional Departments; captains of Market Management Teams under the Market Management Department of the provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam.

During the training program, the forces were informed by the reporters about some contents such as: Regulations of the Criminal Procedure Code and legal documents related to the work of detecting, receiving and transferring criminal information sources; the work of declaring assets and income; new regulations of the Inspection Law 2022 will take effect from July 1, 2023.

Through the conference, trainees were trained and updated with knowledge from new legal documents to promptly apply them to public service practice; at the same time, they improved their professional capacity and expertise in detecting, receiving and transferring criminal information sources in the new situation.

In particular, regarding the declaration of assets and income, trainees are informed and guided about the authority to control assets and income; subjects, methods and time of declaration of assets and income; forms of public organization of asset and income declaration; development and implementation of annual asset and income verification plans; procedures for requesting and implementing requests for information on assets and income; monitoring fluctuations in assets and income; handling violations against asset and income declarants...

At the training programs, the difficulties, problems, opinions and inconsistent understandings related to market management work, forms in the declaration of assets and income according to Decree 130/2020/ND-CP were answered and specifically guided by the reporters.
