At the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Quang Vinh, Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine, affirmed: The State Management Magazine (QLNN) operates under the (initial) Publishing License No. 183/BC-GPXB dated January 20, 1993 of the Ministry of Culture - Information (now the Ministry of Information and Communications), publishing the first issue in May 1993. By May 2023, the QLNN Magazine will have completed 30 years of establishment and development.
Authorized by the Prime Minister, Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association and Comrade Trieu Van Cuong, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs presented the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit and flowers to QLNN Magazine.
Over the past 30 years, the State Management Journal has always adhered to its core principles, goals and tasks, carried out propaganda on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; disseminated administrative and State management knowledge and skills to cadres, civil servants, public employees and readers nationwide; reflected the vivid reality of State management work of the Government, ministries, branches and local authorities at all levels, contributing to supplementing and developing the theoretical system on administration and State management.
During the process of construction, innovation and development, the Journal of State Management has always been steadfast in effectively performing its functions and tasks in researching theoretical, practical and experiential issues on State Management; disseminating knowledge, skills and administrative technology, in line with the position and role of a specific press agency - a specialized scientific journal.

After 30 years of establishment, growth and development, up to now, the QLNN Magazine has gradually affirmed its position in the national specialized press system. The achievements in all aspects of the Magazine's activities have been recognized by the Party and the State and awarded many titles, such as: Third-class Labor Medal (2002); many Certificates of Merit, Certificates of Merit, Emulation Flags of the Prime Minister, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, Minister of Home Affairs, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the first issue, QLNN Magazine was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for the collective and 1 individual; a Certificate of Merit from the Central Propaganda Department for the collective; and a Certificate of Merit from the President of the Vietnam Journalists Association for the collective.
