Receiving Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik, Minister Bui Thanh Son affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to the good relations and multi-faceted cooperation with Belarus, and expressed gratitude for the valuable support of the Government and People of Belarus for Vietnam in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The two sides agreed to strengthen political consultation mechanisms to promote cooperation and actively prepare for delegation exchanges, especially high-level delegation exchanges in the coming time. Minister Bui Thanh Son said that Vietnam and Belarus need to coordinate closely to better exploit the advantages and potential of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Alenik affirmed that Belarus attaches special importance to its relations with Vietnam and hopes that both sides will promote comprehensive and effective measures to increase trade exchange, open markets for each other's strong products, and boost cooperation in potential areas such as education and training, labor, and agriculture.

At the meeting between Minister Bui Thanh Son and Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto Peter, both sides appreciated the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries which continues to develop positively in many fields, especially economy and trade, in the context of celebrating the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Comprehensive Partnership.
Minister Bui Thanh Son sincerely thanked Hungary for actively supporting Vietnam in the process of negotiating and signing the EVFTA and being the first EU member state to ratify the EVIPA.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto Peter affirmed that Hungary always appreciates the role of the Vietnamese community in Hungary and supports the European Council's early removal of the yellow card on Vietnamese seafood exports.
The two sides will actively coordinate to prepare for delegation exchanges, especially high-level delegation exchanges in the coming time. The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation and support each other at multilateral forums, and discuss a number of international and regional issues of concern.

Meeting with Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Mohamed Hussein, Minister Bui Thanh Son and the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister expressed their delight at the development of the traditional friendship between the two countries, especially in the context of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Iraq diplomatic relations.
The Minister proposed that the two sides strengthen cooperation in potential areas such as agriculture, import and export of goods as well as developing the Halal market.
Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Mohamed Hussein expressed his admiration for Vietnam's socio-economic development achievements over the past decades.
The two sides agreed to speed up the completion of procedures to reopen the Iraqi Embassy in Hanoi and organize the next meeting of the Joint Committee on Bilateral Cooperation, creating a new milestone to promote political, diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries.
