Strengthening cooperation between Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Party's Inspection Commission

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Sy Quan expressed his joy and welcomed the delegation of the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces of Phoong Sa Ly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang to visit and work in Dien Bien . The visit and work of the delegation is a meaningful activity to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relationship between Dien Bien province and the three provinces in general, between the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces in particular. Thereby, contributing to continuing to foster the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

The Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces of Phoong Sa Ly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang signed a memorandum of understanding.

In the spirit of solidarity, special friendship, trust and mutual understanding, the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces of Phoong Sa Ly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang exchanged the results of the implementation of the signed memorandum of understanding, information on the economic , cultural and social situation. At the same time, they agreed to evaluate the results of activities from 2022 to present, set out directions, friendly relations, and exchange experiences in the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline in the period of 2024-2026.

The Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces of Phoong Sa Ly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang regularly inform each other about the results of activities in the inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party and state inspection through talks, visits and working sessions of high-ranking delegations of the two provinces with the participation of members of the two agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Sy Quan, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, presented gifts to leaders of the Party Inspection Commission - Inspectorate of the three provinces of Phoong Sa Ly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang.

The meeting discussed and agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding, focusing on: Propagating andeducating revolutionary traditions, the special friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties and States; strengthening cooperation, information exchange, lessons learned in inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party and state inspectors. The parties agreed to organize meetings and exchange experiences between the two sides, every two years in the form of rotating chair, contributing to continuing to foster the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
