At the hall of the Military Command of Ha Nam province, 150 students of all levels, despite their difficult and unfortunate circumstances, always smiled with clear, hopeful eyes. They were very happy with the meaningful gifts handed to them by the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and Tan Hiep Phat Company.
TKL (Tien Tan commune, Phu Ly city) is one of the scholarship students studying in grade 5. Unlike his friends, L lost a leg due to bone cancer in 2019. He had to undergo chemotherapy 6 times.
The petite girl with a face full of hope shared: “I really like going to school, I just have difficulty moving because I don’t have money to get a prosthetic leg. I want to study a lot, not to be inferior to my friends. The gift from you guys today is very precious to my family. My mother is a worker, so she has to take care of my illness and my education very hard. This gift also helps me have money to buy more books and school supplies. I will try to study well to help my mother.”
Everyone admires VTVA’s determination and desire to pass the university entrance exam, have a stable job to help others (grade 10, Thanh Liem High School, Thanh Liem District). VTVA’s father was infected with Agent Orange, and his family is poor, but he has still been an excellent student for 9 consecutive years.
There are many touching stories about the determination of hundreds of students who have overcome difficulties and studied well in districts in Ha Nam province, such as NVH (grade 11, Binh Luc district), whose family was in difficulty when his father died early and his mother worked as a worker; VTTH (Thanh Liem commune), an orphan with disabilities raised by a pagoda; or simply the dream of living with both father and mother of an unlucky student...
Mr. Do Van Sang, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, said that despite difficult socio-economic conditions, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education still maintains and promotes the learning movement and the tradition of studiousness among the children of the homeland.
In 2023, the whole province mobilized 60 billion 372 million VND for the Fund for promoting learning, promoting talents, and building a learning society, with an average fund/population of 72,266 VND.
From the mobilized funds, the associations at all levels have awarded scholarships and rewards to over 50,000 students with a total amount of over 18 billion VND. The Chairman of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education hopes that students will strive and be determined to study well to become future owners of their homeland and country.

Awarding scholarships and talking to encourage students, Vice Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Xuan Duong said that promoting the tradition of studiousness of the cultural homeland, the cradle of the "Two Good" emulation movement and actively contributing to the cause of education and training, Ha Nam is always one of the top 10 provinces in the country in the learning movement, in the 2022-2023 school year, the high school graduation exam results had the average score of all subjects ranked 7th nationwide, especially Ha Nam is the leading locality in the country in the average score of Literature. The province also pays special attention to the work of encouraging learning and talent and has achieved many positive results.
Mr. Tran Xuan Duong also acknowledged that Tan Hiep Phat is a business in the essential consumer goods industry with products that are good for consumers' health, always operating stably, creating many jobs for local workers and being in the top 10 businesses contributing to the state budget of the province.
Besides business activities, Tan Hiep Phat always cares about local social security activities, most recently the program of giving 50 scholarships to poor students in Duy Hai ward, Duy Tien town.
