17-year-old teenager in Quang Nam detained for leading gang that caused a series of fights

On August 1, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoi An City Police, Quang Nam Province, announced that it had just arrested and detained Pham Ngoc No (born 2006, residing in Block 2A, Dien Nam Bac Ward, Dien Ban Town) to continue investigating the act of Intentional Infliction of Injury.

Previously, on April 14, on Hai Ba Trung Street, Cam Ha Commune, Hoi An City, Pham Ngoc No and a number of other people blocked a group of young people from Da Nang who were traveling to Hoi An to resolve a conflict.

No directly used a homemade knife longer than 1 meter to slash one of the young people in Da Nang, seriously injuring him.

While the police were consolidating the case file for processing, No still showed no remorse and continued to participate in the intentional injury case in Cua Dai ward, Hoi An city on June 11.

It is known that Pham Ngoc No is one of the leaders of a gang of young delinquents in Dien Ban town, Hoi An city and neighboring localities. This group has caused many cases of intentional injury and public disorder, causing public outrage.
