This group of about 60 members carried weapons, drove at high speed through many central streets, continuously shouted, swerved, and ran red lights.

When they reached Nui Thanh Street (Hai Chau District), they saw another group of young men. Some of the people in the original group chased after them, blocked them, and smashed a motorbike. They did not stop there, but when they reached Tuyen Son Bridge, they continued to block two motorbikes, but when they saw that they were women, they left.

When returning to 2/9 Street (Hai Chau District), this group encountered the police force on duty so they dispersed and ran away.

Patrol forces on duty on Dien Bien Phu Street discovered a number of subjects riding motorbikes at high speed, carrying weapons, so they organized a chase and stopped them.

Initially, the authorities identified the subjects who gathered to attack groups with previous conflicts.
