Arriving very early to get a medical examination before starting his shift, Mr. Nguyen Van Dong (54 years old, a tarpaulin spreading worker) has worked at VWS Company for more than 16 years and said that since the company was established, he has applied for a job and has been working there until today. Due to his old age, he also has diseases such as high blood pressure, bone and joint diseases, etc. Thanks to the doctor's dedicated examination, consultation and guidance on how to eat and exercise to improve his health, he feels more secure.

“The company pays great attention to the health of its workers, and organizes annual health check-ups for workers. If workers are diagnosed with an illness that requires treatment, the company will also cover the cost. While waiting for the ultrasound, Ms. Le Thi Ha (48 years old) said that every year the company invites good doctors to come to the place to examine the health of workers. Regular health care for workers and employees is always a top priority for VWS. During the health check-up, employees will have their blood tested, blood pressure measured, their teeth, ears, nose and throat examined, their eyes examined, and X-rayed. After the health check-up results are available, employees with abnormal medical conditions will be examined by specialized specialists for early detection and timely treatment support.

Mr. Cuong added that on the morning of November 7, the Board of Directors of VWS Company also held an online meeting with the leaders of California Waste Solutions (CWS) in the US. During the meeting, he reported to Mr. David Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of CWS and VWS Company about the health check-up program for employees at the unit.
The program was highly appreciated by the Board of Directors, and at the same time required to do the best to take care of workers and employees. Mr. David Duong personally also affirmed that the success of VWS company has a great contribution from all officers and employees. They are the "valuable capital" of the company. Therefore, taking care of the health and life of workers and their children is the duty and responsibility of VWS company.
