Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung speaks at the conference.
After a successful pilot, it is necessary to quickly popularize it nationwide. This stage needs to set goals, quality standards... and only manage according to goals, and this is also the stage to evaluate cadres on implementation capacity. "The value of digital transformation increases exponentially, only when it is popularized can the success of digital transformation and the value brought by digital transformation be determined," Minister Nguyen Manh Hung emphasized. The Minister especially noted the important role of the leader in the success of digital transformation when change accounts for 70% and technology accounts for 30%. For digital transformation to be successful, the decision is made by the leader. The leader must be the one who wants to change, only the leader has enough prestige, authority and power to direct resources for implementation, only the leader has the ability to break the old. "The leader must not only direct but also directly do and directly use digital tools. Digital transformation is an experience. If the leader does not use digital technologies, it will be difficult to direct digital transformation work," the Minister stated, citing China's view on digital transformation: "The leader must really want to do it, the leader must do it directly, and the leader must be proficient in using it."For digital transformation to be successful, the leader must decide. The leader must be the one who wants to change, only the leader has enough prestige, authority and power to direct resources to implement, only the leader has the ability to break the old.
The leader must really want to do it, the leader must do it directly, and the leader must be proficient in using it.
