(HBĐT) - On May 11, 1947, the Nat Son Party Cell was established in the stilt house of Mr. Bui Van Xe's family, Tram hamlet, Nat Son commune, Luong Son district (now Hoi Tram hamlet, Hung Son commune, Kim Boi district). This was the first rural Party Cell of Luong Son district at that time; an event of great historical significance for the revolutionary movement of Nat Son commune in particular and the district in general.

With its favorable geographical location and terrain, Nat Son holds a very important military position and is a gateway of strategic significance to the mountainous areas of Hoa Binh and to the plains. Implementing the policy of the Party Central Committee, based on the actual situation and urgent requirements of the local revolutionary movement, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee and Luong Son District decided to establish the Nat Son Party Cell to directly lead the revolutionary movement in the district. The birth of the Nat Son Party Cell and the first Communist Party members were truly "red seeds", the result of the persistent, difficult and arduous process of propaganda and building a base of revolutionary soldiers. At the same time, it was also the result of the struggle movement of the working people in the district, demonstrating the correctness of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee at that time.
After 76 years of construction and development, the contributions of the first Party Cell still retain their value, forever being the pride of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Kim Boi district. Proud of the birth of the Nat Son Party Cell, taking the revolutionary movement of the masses as a measure of the growth of the Party Cell. Over the years, the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Son commune have constantly strived to promote revolutionary traditions, build the Party, boost socio-economic development, maintain national defense and security, and put the rights and interests of the working people first.
In January 2023, the relic of the establishment site of Nat Son Party Cell - the first Party base in Kim Boi district in 1947 - was ranked by the Provincial People's Committee as a provincial-level revolutionary historical relic. This is a great honor and also the responsibility of the Party Committee, government and people of Kim Boi district in general and Hung Son commune in particular in preserving, maintaining and promoting the value of the relic. Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Son commune, said: Over time, the stilt house of Mr. Bui Van Xe's family - the place where Nat Son Party Cell was established - has been completely damaged, now there is only an empty land donated by the family to restore and embellish the relic. Therefore, in order to fulfill the responsibility of promoting the value of provincial-level historical relics, under the leadership and direction of Kim Boi district, the commune focuses on performing well the task of managing the relic according to the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage and related laws. Efforts are being made to socialize the work of preserving and protecting relics with the motto "The State and the people work together" to renovate, embellish and reconstruct the stilt house - the place marking the establishment of the Nat Son Party Cell. In addition, step by step, collect and supplement more documents and maximize the value of the restoration, making the location of the establishment of the Nat Son Party Cell a red address for educating revolutionary traditions...
Comrade Bui Van Diep, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Boi district said: In order to maximize the value of the relic site of the establishment of the Nat Son Party Cell - the first Party base of Kim Boi district in 1947. With the attention and direction of the province, the District Party Committee and the People's Committee of Kim Boi district have strengthened the direction of the district's specialized agencies to coordinate with the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Son commune, households donating land to build the relic site to urgently advise, propose and carry out procedures for converting land use purposes, detailed designs... At the same time, the commune is requested to continue to carry out the work of managing the relic site well according to regulations. The district is also interested in developing projects and plans to preserve the values of the relic system in the area, including soon establishing a Management Board of the relic site of the establishment of the Nat Son Party Cell - the first Party base of Kim Boi district in 1947.
