(BGDT) - On July 6, Bac Giang City Youth Union coordinated with Tho Xuong ward to launch the youth project "Lookup point for historical relics of the tomb and temple of General Leu Van Minh".

The project includes documents and videos introducing the historical site of the tomb and temple of General Leu Van Minh, produced by officials and members of Tho Xuong ward. The documents are encoded into QR codes, making it easy for visitors to look up information via Zalo and other QR code scanning applications.

Officials, union members and people scan QR codes to learn about the relic.

The relic is located in Hoa Yen residential group, Tho Xuong ward (Bac Giang city), is a place to remember the merits of famous general Leu Van Minh (Ly dynasty). He fought against foreign invaders, protected the country and heroically sacrificed.

In 1996, this site was ranked as a national historical relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Documents about the tomb and temple of General Leu Van Minh are compiled and encoded into QR codes.

Up to now, the Youth Union at all levels of Bac Giang City has launched 16 projects to guide the search and study of historical and cultural relics through QR codes in the city. Thereby demonstrating the creativity of young people in preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics, innovating propaganda forms through the application of information technology, digital transformation, contributing to promoting cultural - historical - spiritual tourism to a large number of tourists from all over the world.

In order to help visitors have a good experience of local cultural and historical relics, Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to design a model, select historical documents, update information, convert into digital data, and integrate into QR codes. Thereby, helping visitors easily learn about relics in the area.
