Simacai propagates laws on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and traffic safety

From May 17 to 20, Simacai District Police organized a series of activities to propagate,educate , and disseminate legal knowledge on traffic safety and fire prevention, fighting, rescue, and first aid for nearly 1,700 students, staff, and teachers of 3 high schools in the district.

Specifically, on May 17, Si Ma Cai District Police organized a law dissemination program for nearly 400 students, staff and teachers of Si Ma Cai High School No. 2.

At the propaganda session, the Si Ma Cai District Police presented a model sign of the Traffic Safety School Gate; disseminated some basic knowledge about fire, fire fighting skills for newly-emerged fires, fire escape skills and drowning prevention skills for children. Along with that, the organization propagated traffic laws to students. The Si Ma Cai District Police also presented 30 helmets to students.

Then, on May 20, the Si Ma Cai District Police conducted propaganda on the law on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, and traffic safety for more than 1,300 students, officials, and teachers at the Si Ma Cai District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities, and Si Ma Cai District High School No. 1; distributed more than 1,300 leaflets, and donated 60 helmets to students of the two schools.

The series of activities has practical significance, contributing to helping cadres, teachers and students in the mountainous areas of Si Ma Cai district improve their knowledge of traffic safety laws and knowledge and skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and first aid before the summer vacation of 2024.
