Shanghai Masters likely to miss Novak Djokovic

According to coach Goran Ivanisevic, Novak Djokovic may not participate in Shanghai Masters to focus on Paris Masters and ATP Finals at the end of the year.

The Shanghai Masters in China (October 8-15) and the Paris Masters (October 31-November 6) in France are the last two ATP Masters 1000 tournaments of the year. However, after owning 3 Grand Slams in 2023, Djokovic only wants to participate in the Paris Masters, the tournament he lost to Holge Rune in the final last year.

Djokovic is currently playing with the Serbian team in the 2023 Davis Cup Group C qualifiers in Spain.
