(CLO) On March 4, the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on merging Thai Binh Radio and Television Station into Thai Binh Newspaper and personnel work.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Giang, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on merging Thai Binh Radio and Television Station into Thai Binh Newspaper to form Thai Binh Newspaper. Thai Binh Newspaper is a public service unit under the Provincial Party Committee, officially put into operation from March 17, 2025.

The conference also announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, comrade Hoang Minh Son, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper, was assigned and appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper.
Appoint comrades: Lam Van Minh, Director of Thai Binh Radio and Television Station; Vu Van Manh, Deputy Director of Thai Binh Radio and Television Station; Hoang Van Duyet, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper; Tran Thi Thoa, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper, from March 17, 2025.
Presenting the merger decision and congratulating the assigned and appointed cadres, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The merger of Thai Binh Radio and Television Station into Thai Binh Newspaper is an objective and inevitable trend, meeting the requirements of reality and is correct and in line with the spirit of Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW, dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to arrange and streamline the organization of the political system in 2025.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that Thai Binh Newspaper continue to closely follow the project and instructions of the province, urgently arrange and stabilize the internal organization and infrastructure conditions; develop regulations on functions and tasks, internal rules and regulations, and by March 17, 2025, immediately organize and operate the new apparatus according to the assigned functions and tasks, ensuring smooth and effective operations without interruption of tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the leadership of Thai Binh Newspaper to build a relationship of solidarity and unity, improve the effectiveness of management and operation, and contribute to the good implementation of propaganda work to serve the political tasks of the province. He also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to pay attention to supporting and creating conditions for the new apparatus of Thai Binh Newspaper to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
