This is the third thematic session organized by Hai Duong Provincial People's Council since the beginning of the year.

It is expected that in half a day, the People's Council of Hai Duong province will consider many contents and decide on some important policies of the province.

In which, Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will elect and dismiss the position of Provincial People's Committee member, term 2021-2026.

Regarding the economic and budgetary fields, the Provincial People's Committee has a proposal to adjust the local budget estimates for 2023 and 2024; regulate the authority to purchase assets, goods and services using science and technology funding sources under the province's management, the authority to purchase other goods and services serving the activities of agencies, organizations and units under the province's management; approve the recovery and allow the change of land use purpose for rice cultivation; Allocate the 4th local budget capital plan for 2024; approve the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Zoning Plan; adjust the provincial housing development program.

At this session, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council also considered and resolved a number of important policies such as expanding the reception of a number of subjects for care and nurturing at social assistance facilities under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; regulating criteria and support levels for the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level.
