Delegates attending the 26th Session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council opening on the afternoon of October 18 at the Eastern Cultural Center

On the afternoon of October 18, at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City), the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council opened its 26th session.

Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee attended the meeting.

Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation delivered the opening speech at the 26th Session.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu emphasized that the Provincial People's Council organized a thematic session to discuss and decide on a number of important contents.

The organization of the thematic session is necessary to promptly respond to the socio-economic development management activities of the province. The contents presented at the session have been seriously prepared by the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies, in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures. The Standing Committee and committees of the Provincial People's Council have thoroughly examined and qualified to present to the session according to the provisions of law.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council presented the expected content and agenda of the meeting.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, comrade Le Van Hieu requested that the Provincial People's Council delegates and delegates attending the session actively contribute many practical ideas so that the People's Council can consider and make correct decisions on the contents, contributing to the success of the session.

Immediately after the opening session, the delegates of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council conducted the dismissal and election of additional members of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

At this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider the Provincial People's Committee's submissions on adjusting the public investment plan; decide on investment policies and adjust investment policies for a number of public investment projects. These include a number of projects to build and renovate schools, medical stations, offices, roads, etc.

The Provincial People's Council will also consider issuing a number of new policies, including: regulations on tuition fees and the list of revenues, collection levels, revenue and expenditure management mechanisms for services supporting educational activities at kindergartens, general schools and other public educational institutions implementing general education programs; regulations on the quantity and level of monthly support for medical staff in villages and residential areas; list of land plots subject to bidding for selection of investors using land in the province; amending Resolution No. 12/2024/NQ-HDND dated August 12, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council amending and supplementing the Land Price List for the period 2020 - 2024 in Hai Duong province issued with the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.

At this session, the People's Council of Hai Duong province will consider and approve the zoning plan for Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, Gia Loc district, scale 1/2000 and the zoning plan for Nam Sach 1 Industrial Park, Nam Sach district, scale 1/2000...
