In his opening speech, Head of the Faculty of International Relations, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh shared about the event's 20-year meaningful journey: "Halloween is the place to demonstrate the spirit of integration and creativity of students of the Faculty of International Relations. Hopefully in the coming years, you will continue to continue the values that we have built together over the past 20 years."
Head of the Organizing Committee Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong said: “Over the 20-year journey of creating the Halloween brand, the program has been honored to receive the support and love of audiences inside and outside the Academy of Journalism and Communication. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I hope the program can continue to convey humane and meaningful messages, create breakthroughs as well as affirm the identity of students of the Faculty of International Relations in the future.”

In addition, the program includes performances interwoven with drama, creating an attractive artistic space. In particular, the drama performance is one of the highlights of the Halloween concert night. Exploiting the medical theme, the play “OBECALP” brings the audience to the story of the inner conflict in three characters Bang, Kim and Thanh.
“OBECALP” reflects the boundary between life and death and good and evil in each person’s life to convey a humane message: “In the movement of the cycle of life and death, each person’s life is a journey of impermanence. All things that are born will eventually fade away, facing the end of life. Therefore, each person needs to be grateful and cherish every moment of life, live to the fullest and strive to express all of their own values so as not to have any regrets.”
Continuing the music night, two guest singers Hai Sam and Andiez brought special performances with a series of famous songs such as "That's it", "The stars in your eyes", "One minute", "Almost".
