The Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to review new exporters in the case of applying anti-evasion of trade defense measures on some sugarcane products.
Previously, according to the Department of Trade Defense, on August 1, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1514/QD-BCT on applying measures against evasion of trade defense measures for some cane sugar products (case code: AC02.AD13-AS01).
On November 25, 2024, the Department of Trade Defense received a complete and valid dossier from Delicious Food Company Limited requesting to review the new exporter in the case of applying anti-evasion measures against trade defense measures for some cane sugar products.

The Trade Defense Department said that, based on the provisions of Clause 3, Article 82 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Article 65 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP, on December 24, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3486/QD-BCT on reviewing new exporters in the case of applying measures to prevent evasion of trade defense measures for some sugar cane products (case code: NR03.AC02.AD13-AS01).
To ensure the interests of all organizations and individuals involved in the case, the Trade Remedies Authority recommends that organizations and individuals register as related parties according to the Related Party Registration Form in Appendix I issued with Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT and send it to the Investigation Authority via the Online Trade Remedies Dossier Receiving System (TRAV ONLINE - https://online.trav.gov.vn) within sixty (60) working days from the effective date of the decision to conduct the review. At the same time, the related party registration application can be sent to the Investigation Authority by post or email.
According to the notice, the deadline for interested party registration is before March 26, 2025.
