In particular, special attention is paid to the place where exam papers are printed and copied, which must meet the requirements of safety, confidentiality, and ensure complete isolation from the outside. The authorities have organized two inspections of facilities, security, and information security in the exam paper printing area, and at the same time arranged technical means and equipment to ensure the prevention of devices capable of receiving, transmitting signals or transmitting information, strictly controlling people and objects entering this area; checking safety in fire and explosion prevention and fighting and proposing timely solutions...
Authorities conduct inspections at exam sites
Thua Thien-Hue Police also directed and guided police units and localities with exam sites to proactively deploy measures to prevent, detect, combat, and strictly handle acts that cause insecurity, disorder, fraud, and violations of laws related to the exam.
In addition, the police force will strengthen its grasp of the situation in cyberspace, promptly detect, prevent and handle cases of production, trading and use of technological devices for the purpose of cheating in exams; and cases of spreading false information that affects exams.
Colonel Nguyen Huu Thien, Deputy Director of Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Police, said that he had previously organized a review of all technology equipment businesses, photocopying services, etc. to proactively detect acts of using high technology to cheat in exams.
"Thua Thien-Hue Police have coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize training for leaders, secretaries, inspectors, and exam invigilators on the use of technical means to commit negative and fraudulent acts and some methods to identify and handle violations in exams," said Colonel Thien.
During the exam days, each exam site will have security forces to ensure order and security inside, patrol and control surrounding areas, ensure traffic safety, prevent and fight fires, organize traffic flow to avoid traffic jams... to facilitate candidates and their relatives to get to the exam site.
