(NLDO) - On the morning of February 7, the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Phan Van Binh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on ending the activities of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Delegation (including 11 Party organizations), and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
The Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directly under the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, the decision to transfer the Party organization and Party members; announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the provincial agencies for the 2020-2025 term consisting of 22 people, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 9 people.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Nam province - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Nam province for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Le Tri Thanh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha are Deputy Secretaries.
Appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam Province - and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc as Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
Appoint the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term consisting of 21 people, the Party Standing Committee consisting of 6 people.
Mr. Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam - holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Phan Thai Binh and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc are Deputy Secretaries.
Appoint Mr. Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam, to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Phan Thai Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc - as Deputy Secretaries.
Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - said that recently, the province has drastically implemented projects and plans to rearrange and streamline the apparatus according to Resolution 18.
The Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee said that the two newly established Party Committees have very important roles, positions, functions and tasks, with the role of direct leadership and direct advice to the provincial leaders in socio-economic development.
To start operating immediately and effectively, Mr. Triet requested the Standing Committees of the two Party Committees to soon complete their apparatus and stabilize their work; transfer grassroots Party organizations, and promptly develop working regulations for the two Party Committees.
