Quang Nam widely launched a patriotic emulation movement to welcome Party Congresses at all levels.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of departments, branches, sectors, public service units under the province, and chairmen of district-level People's Committees to widely launch emulation movements to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 22nd Quang Nam Provincial Party Congress.

Sectors and localities continue to effectively implement Directive No. 15, dated July 15, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on launching an emulation campaign to achieve achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam province (March 24) and the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28).

The whole province strengthens the leadership of Party committees at all levels, the role and responsibility of the government, socio-political organizations and leaders in organizing emulation movements and implementing policies and laws on emulation and rewards.

Through emulation movements, promptly discover, foster, summarize and replicate advanced models, to encourage, commend, reward, create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encourage collectives and individuals to promote creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good, determined to strive to fulfill the political tasks of agencies, units and localities.
