Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments, branches, localities and units to seriously and actively implement Notice No. 468 dated December 6, 2022, concluding the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee's review of slow-progressing investment projects in the province and related directive documents of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.
Review and abolish, according to authority, or advise the Provincial People's Committee to review and abolish unnecessary regulations and procedures that create barriers for businesses and investors.
Actively study current legal regulations to advise the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen decentralization, authorization, promote administrative procedure reform, resolve in the electronic environment and strengthen inspection of the responsibility of heads and inspection of public service of relevant agencies.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently review the limitations, obstacles and difficulties related to compensation, site clearance and resettlement in the province; synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee before May 6, 2024 for consideration, submit to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for discussion and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Guide localities and project investors to prepare documents and procedures to synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to competent authorities to approve the list of land recovery, change of land use purpose and approve the Land Use Plan for 2024; including projects under inspection and examination and projects undergoing procedures to extend progress (due to being under inspection and examination before, they have not been resolved)...
