At the conference, delegates were briefed on three topics: "Key, core contents and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam"; "Key, core contents and new points in the draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026 - 2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state budget - finance plan 2025-2027; investment policy on high-speed railway on the North - South axis; policy on establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government"; “Key, core contents and new points in the draft Report summarizing the Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party Election Regulations; summarizing the personnel work for the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work for the 14th Party Congress”.

Concluding the conference, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary and President, said that today's conference took place in a very special context when the whole country is focusing on implementing the goals and targets set by the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, towards successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Therefore, participating in this conference will contribute to raising awareness and responsibility in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference; focusing on the highest level of finishing work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best preparing for the work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Comrade To Lam suggested that immediately after the conference, Party committees and parties at all levels quickly disseminate and thoroughly grasp all of these important contents to cadres, Party members and people to unify awareness, take action and implement together.
