Speaking at the opening event, Mr. Conor M O'Neill - Deputy General Director of Finance of Prudential Vietnam - said that in recent years, the company has also continuously opened customer care centers in key urban areas, including Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, to strengthen its presence with customers.
These centers are not only a place to welcome customers for transactions but also a modern, dynamic working space that helps increase engagement and work efficiency for the company's full-time consulting team.

Prudential's customer care center helps serve diverse needs, enhancing customer experience.
The newly opened customer care center at Lotte Mall Tay Ho has a total area of up to 1,500m2 . The first floor of the building is the customer care area equipped with modern equipment, designed in a cozy space for customers to come and exchange information and resolve insurance needs.
To create more privacy and intimacy, the customer care area is divided into many different areas to serve diverse needs such as: counter transactions, digital service experiences, private consultations, or VIP customer care rooms.
In addition to the customer service space, the company also arranges an office on the 11th floor for the PRUVenture channel's full-time financial consultants and planners.
Accordingly, with modern design, dynamic colors and especially open space are the typical highlights of the office, which will help the staff to flexibly coordinate work with each other as well as carry out training needs, organize events, team activities...
At the center, customers can meet with financial planners from PRUVenture to find suitable financial solutions, as well as participate in activities (workshops) to help develop themselves and balance their lives.
