FPT cooperates with Prudential Vietnam to develop technology solutions

Hanoi, August 20, 2024, FPT Corporation (abbreviated as “FPT”) signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited (abbreviated as “Prudential”). According to the memorandum of understanding, FPT will advise on comprehensive digital transformation strategies and provide advanced information technology solutions, non-cash payment solutions, supporting Prudential to improve management efficiency and expand its scope of operations. The strategic cooperation agreement between Prudential and FPT demonstrates the commitment of the two units to materialize the motto “Customer-centric”, leveraging the power of technology to bring the best experience to customers.

FPT Corporation signed a cooperation agreement with Prudential Vietnam to promote comprehensive digital transformation and provide advanced information technology solutions and cashless payment solutions.

After signing, FPT will develop a comprehensive information technology strategy for Prudential, ensuring synchronization and high feasibility in implementation. The two partners will prioritize the implementation of electronic payment support solutions to shorten transaction time through Prudential's PRUOnline application. In addition, the two parties will coordinate to implement incentive programs for joint customers, aiming to provide integrated, convenient products and services that are suitable for customers' needs.
