Coordinate to prepare well the conditions for organizing the National Scientific Conference

The national scientific conference "Theoretical and practical issues in Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics in the new period" is organized by the Central Propaganda Department in coordination with Ninh Binh province and will take place on October 13 at Legend Hotel (Ninh Binh city). Up to this point, Ninh Binh has coordinated to prepare conditions for organization, welcome delegates, and is ready for the Conference to take place successfully.

The scientific conference is an important political event, organized with the aim of creating a forum for researchers, experts, scientists, managers, and Party advisory and support agencies to exchange and discuss to clearly identify theoretical and practical issues in Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics.

At the same time, assess and forecast the international and domestic context, the issues arising in the work of Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics. Identify and orient key tasks and breakthrough solutions to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics in the new period.

The workshop was organized to contribute to summarizing the Party building work in terms of politics, ideology and ethics over 40 years of implementing the Party's renewal policy and participating in the development of the 14th National Party Congress Documents.

According to the program, the Workshop will take place in 1 day with the participation of more than 200 delegates who are experts, scientists, researchers, representatives of leaders of a number of ministries, departments, branches, localities... The results of the Workshop will be an important basis for the Central Propaganda Department to advise the Secretariat to organize a National Conference with the theme: "Party building work in politics, ideology, and ethics in the new period".

With the role of coordinating the preparation of conditions for organizing the National Workshop "Theoretical and practical issues of Party building work in politics, ideology and ethics in the new period", Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has promptly developed a plan and assigned specific tasks to relevant departments, branches and sectors for implementation.

As the unit in charge of advising and implementing coordination work to serve the organization of the Workshop, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has proactively coordinated closely with the Office of the Central Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Office in preparing the necessary conditions to coordinate to serve the organization of the workshop: surveying the workshop venue, issuing notices on places to eat, stay, receive and means of transportation to send to delegates; coordinating in contacting and checking the situation of delegates. The Department also assigned cadres and civil servants to contact delegates of ministries, departments, branches, central organizations, press agencies, provinces and cities to grasp information and arrange leaders and cadres to welcome delegates to attend the workshop...

Other related contents such as budget arrangement, art program for reception, information and propaganda work, hall decoration, etc., are also actively coordinated, exchanged and matched by units according to plan, ensuring the assigned progress.
