Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission Nguyen Duc Hien becomes Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Head of Department III of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the decision of the Secretariat on Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee; to transfer and appoint him to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, from Tu Ky district (Hai Duong province), has a PhD in Economics; has held many positions: from May 2000 to March 2020, he taught, researched and managed at the National Economics University ( Hanoi ); Director of the Banking Strategy Institute under the State Bank of Vietnam; worked at the Central Economic Committee. From March 2020 to September 2024: was appointed by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Economic Committee.
