On the morning of November 26, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh worked with the ministries of National Defense, Foreign Affairs, Information and Communications and 8 localities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Tay Ninh) on administrative procedure reform.
The working session was held in both face-to-face and online formats.
Attending the conference at Hai Duong province were comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.
At the conference, delegates listened to a report summarizing the implementation results of the past 10 months of 3 ministries and 8 localities in administrative procedure reform.
According to the assessment of the Standing Office of the Working Group, ministries and localities have made efforts to implement execution reform and achieved some outstanding results.
In particular, the receipt and processing of administrative procedure records on the administrative procedure settlement information system and synchronization with the National Public Service Portal, the record synchronization rate of the Ministry of National Defense reached 100%.
This rate of localities: Can Tho reached 100%, Tay Ninh reached 98.56%, Hai Phong reached 77.17%, Hai Duong reached about 72%, Hanoi reached nearly 66%, Ho Chi Minh City reached over 39%...
However, the rate of administrative procedure settlement is still slow and late, data synchronization with the National Public Service Portal is not guaranteed, online public services are not convenient and simplified, data digitization, especially data reuse is low...
At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee reported some outstanding results in administrative procedure reform in the province.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that Hai Duong will focus on directing the overcoming of the bottlenecks and limitations that have been pointed out; at the same time, he requested the Government to direct ministries and branches to coordinate with the province to resolve some shortcomings in administrative reform work.
Regarding the business's reflection on the delay in compensation and relocation support for Ebara Vietnam Pump Company Limited in Nguyen Trai Ward (Hai Duong City), the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that this is a complicated matter. Hai Duong has actively participated, organized many meetings and now has a solution.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has assigned the agencies of the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Tax Department of Hai Duong province, and Hai Duong city to carry out specific tasks and requested businesses to continue to accompany and coordinate with the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to remove obstacles.
Regarding the above content, the Deputy Prime Minister requested Hai Duong to focus on handling the issue thoroughly and creating favorable conditions for businesses.
