Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu A Bang visited and wished a happy new year to children in special circumstances at the Comprehensive Social Protection Facility.

Visiting and presenting gifts at the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu A Bang listened to the leaders' reports on the overall work of nurturing and caring for children in special circumstances; sharing the difficulties, obstacles and recommendations of each unit.
