Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Lo Van Phuong presents gifts to poor households in difficult circumstances in Na Tong commune.

Each gift worth 500,000 VND in cash was supported by the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and Agribank Dien Bien branch. The delegation included representatives of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Agribank Dien Bien branch.
