On the morning of April 26, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Le Duc Giang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers, relatives of martyrs, former youth volunteers, and former frontline laborers who directly participated in combat and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are living in the two districts of Cam Thuy and Nhu Xuan.

At the families he visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang inquired about the health and life of Dien Bien soldiers, relatives of martyrs, former Youth Volunteers, and frontline laborers. At the same time, he informed Dien Bien soldiers about the series of gratitude activities of Thanh Hoa province on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Expressing respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the martyrs and soldiers of Dien Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang hoped that families with meritorious services would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, educate their children and grandchildren to continue the tradition of their ancestors, contribute their intelligence and efforts, and build their homeland and country to become more civilized and prosperous.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Party Committees and authorities of Cam Thuy and Nhu Xuan districts to continue to care for and carry out well the work of "repaying gratitude" to families with revolutionary contributions, including former Dien Bien soldiers, former Youth Volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly served the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
