In 2024, despite being severely affected by storm No. 3, the power system of the entire Tuyen Quang province was significantly affected. With the motto of "four on-site" and the spirit of "non-stop, non-stop", the Company has focused on overcoming natural disasters, repairing the power grid, ensuring safe, stable and continuous power supply for political, economic, production and business activities and daily life in the province.
During the year, the Company completed key construction projects, pivotal in the investment phase of renovating the power grid system to meet and improve the quality of electricity supply for customers in the period of 2025 - 2030; commercial electricity output reached over 1.2 billion kWh, an increase of 1.06% compared to 2023. After listening to the leaders of Tuyen Quang Electricity Company's summary report on the implementation of tasks in 2024, the plan for 2025; and preparations for providing electricity to serve people during the Lunar New Year, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Company and affirmed that these results are of great significance, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.
He emphasized that in the new year 2025, many important political events of the country and the province will take place, therefore, the electricity sector needs to closely follow the content, programs and plans of the province in 2025; continue to review the power grid system; promote propaganda work so that people can improve safe and efficient use of electricity; apply new technology in regulating the power grid, especially focusing on communes building new rural areas...
During the Lunar New Year, the Company needs to focus on directing and operating units and departments to strengthen inspection, control, electrical repair and on-duty during the Tet holiday; prepare optimal and effective power supply plans to operate the grid 24/24h, ensuring safe and stable power supply, serving people to enjoy Tet and welcome Spring.
